1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using our website, contacting us, enrolling in a program, scheduling lessons, or making a payment, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Refund & Cancellation Policy.

If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. About Global Driving School LLC

Global Driving School LLC is a New Jersey MVC-licensed driving school offering behind-the-wheel instruction, teen programs, road test preparation, and road test vehicle rental services in Passaic County, Bergen County, and surrounding areas.

3. Services We Provide

Our services may include, among others:

• Behind-the-wheel driving lessons for teens and adults
• 16-year-old teen driving program and permit assistance
• Road test preparation
• Road test vehicle rental
• Pickup and drop-off services in eligible service areas, where available

Service availability, pricing, scheduling windows, and lesson options may vary and are subject to instructor availability, weather, vehicle availability, and applicable law.

4. Eligibility and Registration

Students must meet applicable New Jersey MVC and program requirements for the service requested. Individuals enrolling in our services must hold a valid driver's permit or a valid driver's license, as required for the program or lesson booked.

For minors, enrollment generally requires the participation and consent of a parent or legal guardian.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when contacting us, enrolling, or scheduling services, and to update that information when it changes.

5. Scheduling and Lesson Duration

Lessons and appointments may be scheduled by phone, WhatsApp, in person, through our contact form, or through other scheduling methods we make available.

Unless otherwise stated in writing:

• A 30-minute lesson shall mean 30 minutes of actual instruction.
• A one hour lesson shall mean one hour of actual instruction.
• A two hour lesson shall mean two hours of actual instruction.

Students are expected to be ready at the scheduled start time. Time lost due to late arrival is not added to the lesson.

6. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

All appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance.

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Failure to provide at least 48 hours' notice may result in a full charge for the missed lesson and a reinstatement fee before additional lessons can be scheduled.

Late cancellations, no-shows, and failures to appear for a scheduled lesson may be treated as a missed appointment under this policy.

To cancel or reschedule, contact us by phone or through another method we designate for scheduling changes.

7. Payments and Refunds

Payment methods may include cash, credit or debit card, Zelle, and online payments processed through Chase or Stripe. A processing fee may apply to certain card transactions.

You agree to pay all fees associated with the services you purchase. Prices, packages, and fees are subject to change, but changes will not affect services already paid for unless otherwise stated.

The following refund policies apply:

• Road test payments are non-refundable.
• Tuition is non-refundable if the school is ready and able to provide the agreed services.
• Missed lessons subject to our cancellation policy may be charged in full.
• Reinstatement fees may be required before additional lessons can be scheduled after a late cancellation or no-show.

8. In-Vehicle Safety and Dash Camera Recordings

NOTICE: For your safety, all training vehicles are equipped with dash cameras that record video and audio during instruction.

By participating in behind-the-wheel instruction, you acknowledge that such recordings may be made for safety, training, incident review, and dispute-resolution purposes. You agree to follow instructor directions and applicable traffic laws at all times while in a training vehicle.

9. Road Test Services and Outcomes

Road test preparation and vehicle rental services are designed to help students prepare for and attend a New Jersey MVC road test. We do not guarantee that any student will pass a road test or obtain a license.

Road test scheduling, eligibility, and outcomes are subject to New Jersey MVC rules and examiner decisions. Students remain responsible for arriving on time, bringing required documents, and meeting MVC requirements.

10. Personal Belongings

Personal belongings left behind for more than 30 days will be considered abandoned. Global Driving School LLC is not responsible for any lost, damaged, or unclaimed property left in our office, vehicles, or premises.

11. Website Use

You agree to use our website lawfully and not to interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit false information, or use automated tools to scrape or overload the site.

Our practice quiz and educational content are provided for general learning purposes only and do not replace official New Jersey MVC materials, instruction, or testing requirements.

12. Intellectual Property

The content on our website, including text, logos, images, graphics, and layout, is owned by or licensed to Global Driving School LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or exploit our content without our prior written permission, except for personal, non-commercial use.

13. Entire Agreement

THIS AGREEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ENTIRE CONTRACT BETWEEN THE SCHOOL AND THE STUDENT. NO VERBAL STATEMENTS OR PROMISES WILL BE RECOGNIZED.

If you sign a separate enrollment agreement, receipt, or service contract with us, that document and these Terms should be read together. If there is a direct conflict between a signed service-specific agreement and these website Terms regarding in-person instruction, the signed service-specific agreement will control for that service.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the Terms were last revised. Continued use of our website or services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
