5. In-Vehicle Dash Camera Recordings
NOTICE: For your safety, all training vehicles are equipped with dash cameras that record video and audio during instruction.
These recordings may be used for safety, training quality, incident review, dispute resolution, and compliance purposes. Recordings may be retained for a limited period and accessed only by authorized personnel. Because audio is recorded, please avoid discussing sensitive personal information unrelated to your lesson while in the vehicle.

Retention periods vary by record type. Enrollment documentation for our 16-year-old program must be retained for a longer period in accordance with NJ MVC policies and requirements. Other records, such as lesson history and payment records, may also be kept longer than website analytics or general contact inquiries.
