Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Scope

This policy applies to all lessons, programs, and services booked with Global Driving School LLC, including our 16-year-old teen program, driving lessons, road test preparation, and road test vehicle rental.

2. Cancellation Notice Required

All appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance.

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled lesson. Failure to provide at least 48 hours' notice will result in a full charge for the missed lesson and a reinstatement fee before another lesson can be booked.

Late cancellations and no-shows are treated as missed appointments under this policy.

3. How to Cancel or Reschedule

Cancellations and rescheduling requests must be made by phone at 973-689-6034 at least 48 hours before your scheduled lesson.

4. 16-Year-Old Program Reinstatement Fee

Students enrolled in our 16-year-old teen program who cancel a scheduled lesson without providing at least 48 hours' notice will be charged a $40 reinstatement fee before the lesson can be rescheduled.

5. Completion of the 6-Hour Requirement and Permit Return

Students enrolled in our 16-year-old teen program are required to complete the full 6 hours of behind-the-wheel driving instruction. This requirement allows us to validate the student's permit with the NJ MVC and return the permit to the student.

Permits will not be returned until the required 6 hours of instruction have been completed. Repeated cancellations or no-shows may delay completion of this requirement and delay the return of the student's permit.

6. Payments

Payment methods may include cash, credit or debit card, Zelle, and online payments processed through Chase or Stripe. A processing fee may apply to certain card transactions.

7. Refund Policy

The following refund policies apply:

• Road test payments are non-refundable.
• Tuition is non-refundable if the school is ready and able to provide the agreed services.
• Missed lessons subject to our cancellation policy may be charged in full.
• Reinstatement fees must be paid before additional lessons can be scheduled after a late cancellation or no-show.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will indicate when the policy was last revised.
